Syed M. Faisal Afzal is the founding attorney of AFK Law Group, PLLC.
Mr. Afzal graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Mr. Afzal received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Nova Southeastern University.
Upon becoming a member of the Florida Bar in 2005, Mr. Afzal became an Assistant Public Defender for the 17th Judicial Circuit where he practiced criminal defense for over ten years. Mr. Afzal has extensive experience handing cases ranging from Misdemeanor offenses to Crimes Punishable by life. Over the course of his time as an Assistant Public Defender, Mr. Afzal gained valuable trial and motion practice experience. Mr. Afzal then transitioned his litigation experience into civil practice and represented insurance companies in First Party Homeowner Claims and medical providers in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Litigation.
